Include a description of the problem, and a photocopy of your invoice and purchase receipt(s) for the products involved.
Also please provide information the name and contact telephone numbers of the installation contractor and distributor.
99.9% of problems with leaks are not in any way connected to defective products but instead to the plumber not having assembled the unit correctly. In situations where AGI or one of its agents have not assembled the unit we charge a standard call out fee of €250+vat to inspect the unit. If it is a manufacturing fault or a defective product your payment is immediately refunded and the unit is repaired/replaced depending on the individual situation. Please note that under ANY circumstances, AGI Ware products should NOT be returned to; your dealer, distributor or directly to AGI Ware without a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If however goods have been signed for they at the time of delivery they are deemed to have been inspected and in good condition. No goods are to be returned to AGI without a valid RMA number. All returns must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. |
