Your AGI Ware products will remain beautiful for many years if you take care of them. Some of the waterproofing plastic strips and other seals will need to be replaced when they show signs of wear, or are no longer watertight.
Water conditions in various parts of the country will determine any extra cleaning attention you may have to give your new shower enclosure or jetted shower.
AGI Ware does not recommend the use of harsh abrasive cleansers on any of its products. Harsh cleansers will damage the metal or glass finish on your shower enclosure or jetted shower. We strongly recommend that the installer should ONLY use a top quality Silicone such as “TEC 7® ” or “CT1® ” We also recommend that any “Hard Water” or “Lime” issues be rectified BEFORE being piped to any device. Delivery Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have adequate space for the unit that they are ordering. If you require any additional information on sizes of panels / boxes etc please ask a member of our sales team who will be happy to help you. On signing for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note; then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition. Please check all goods upon arrival.
Once the goods are signed for, they become Your responsibility. Transit damage to the goods, Shortages, or Incorrect goods supplied, must be noted on upon delivery of consignment or within 48 hours either by telephone or email.
Please remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents can happen. In such an event our staff will be as helpful as possible in resolving any issues.
if we are not notified of any damages or shortages within 48 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You therefore agree to indemnify us in full; for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within this time.
If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You also agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.
In order for us to offer a competitive rate for deliveries, the delivery vehicles are frequently manned by a driver only. So if the items you have ordered are heavy, please ensure that an able bodied person is available to assist the driver with the carrying.
For Health and Safety reasons the driver cannot carry heavy items on his own. We would therefore ask you to provide suitable help in the unloading of heavy or bulky items.
As we are not insured whilst on your own property we regret he cannot deliver inside your premises. You accept this when placing your order and if you refuse the delivery because the driver cannot deliver inside your front your door then you will be charged the actual delivery costs and collection fees. More than one delivery attempt will result in additional charges for 2nd deliveries. No goods are to be returned to AGI without a valid RMA number. All returns must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. **Returns due to the customer not taking the time to measure space properly are subject to a delivery charge and open boxes may be subject to a restocking fee.** |
