This warranty extends only to the original owner, and is strictly for personal household use only. Commercial use is NOT covered by warranty.

AGI Ware warrants parts for a period of twelve (12) months to include control panels, steam generators etc.

AGI Ware warrants acrylic surface against blistering or cracking and chipping resulting from defect in the acrylic surface material when used under normal condition and service for a period of one (1) year.

AGI Ware warrants mirrors, shower doors, shower massage systems, tap finishes and fittings to be free from defects in factory based workmanship and materials under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year. Breakage of any Glass component is EXCLUDED.

AGI Ware further warrants the structure of the acrylic shell against loss of water through the fiberglass laminate of the acrylic body as a result of defect in materials and factory workmanship for a period of time of one (1) year from the purchase date.

AGI Ware, at its election; repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where AGI Ware optional inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the warrantee periods. Please note that AGI Ware is NOT responsible for installation or removal costs of the product or its constituent parts; under any consideration.

Improper modification of any enclosure, jetted shower or shower column components will void the warranty – so please install the product as directed in the manual. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or operations on the part of the purchaser. This warranty is void if the AGI Ware product is subject to alterations, or if repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized agent of AGI Ware.

This warranty does not extend to any plumbing or components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than AGI Ware direct staff members.

Implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

AGI Ware disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Commercial use is NOT guaranteed. The liability of AGI Ware is strictly limited to the value of the unit purchased.

AGI Ware reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, and the consumer understands that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of the sale of the product. This warranty cannot be altered by any member of staff from AGI Ware unless expressly guaranteed in Writing.

DELIVERY:

On signing for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note; then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition. Please check all goods upon arrival.

Once the goods are signed for, they become Your responsibility. Transit damage to the goods, Shortages, or Incorrect goods supplied, must be noted on upon delivery of consignment or within 48 hours either by telephone or email.

Please remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents can happen. In such an event our staff will be as helpful as possible in resolving any issues.

if we are not notified of any damages or shortages within 48 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You therefore agree to indemnify us in full; for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within this time.

If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You also agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.

In order for us to offer a competitive rate for deliveries, the delivery vehicles are frequently manned by a driver only. So if the items you have ordered are heavy, please ensure that an able bodied person is available to assist the driver with the carrying.

For Health and Safety reasons the driver cannot carry heavy items on his own. We would therefore ask you to provide suitable help in the unloading of heavy or bulky items.

As we are not insured whilst on your own property we regret he cannot deliver inside your premises. You accept this when placing your order and if you refuse the delivery because the driver cannot deliver inside your front your door then you will be charged the actual delivery costs and collection fees. More than one delivery attempt will result in additional charges for 2nd deliveries.  

RETURNS

Goods will ONLY be accepted for return with a valid Returns Number (RMA). Please contact us first on 053 93 67678 or by email: info@agiware.com for this number. Goods must be Unused and be complete within their ORIGINAL packaging.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. If the above conditions have not been met, or we suspect the goods have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.

All returns are subject to a non negotiable 25% restocking charge. If you write our address all over the original boxes, or if the product is no longer in its ORIGINAL packaging; it is deemed to be Non Resalable and we will not accept its return. You will therefore not be refunded.
