Please ensure that your installers complete all Tiling BEFORE you install ANY of our products. This allows access for Future Servicing of any Shower / Bath's plumbing and electrical features. If you decide to "Tile In" your product, you will INVALIDATE your guarantee; without exception.
Power:
AC220V±10% Supplied by a MINIMUM of 2.5 Twin and Earth, through a 30mA ELCB. This must be a CLEAN Supply, backed up by the ELCB, and wired through a separate isolator switch. If a phone system is incorporated in your device, a 2 core phone cable must be supplied.
The Earth wire of the bath must be connected to a Properly Earthed power supply circuit. Do NOT remove the safety breaker supplied on the power cable. If the Machine will not be used for a long time, disconnect it from the power supply Furthermore, any device purchased from AGI Ware which requires an electrical power supply should ONLY be connected to your electrical supply by a competent and certified electrician or plumber.
Water Pressure:
The water should be pressurized to a minimum of 2 Bar to 4 Bar ( Recommended at 3 Bar ). Supplied by a DIRECT ¾” Inch Hot and ¾” Cold feed. This MUST be a DIRECT feed from the Hot and Cold Tanks without spurs. The Waste Outlet should be a DIRECT 1.5 inch waste pipe, NOT Shared.
If your home does not have a pressurised system, please contact us and we will supply an additional Twin Negative Head Pump; to facilitate such pressure. In hard water regions, it is imperative that the user Regularly cleans lime deposits. Hard water deposits will render your Guarantee invalid.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you install a water treatment unit at the inlet of any of our devices, or better still at the Main Inlet of your home.
Tiling:
Seal with “Non Modulus” neutral Sealent like “TEC 7” or “CT 1”. Do Not use Acid based, only Neutral. DO NOT TILE IN any of our products including Showers or Baths These are Electro Mechanical in nature and you Will require access to the REAR of these products for future servicing. “Tiling In” will invalidate your guarantee.
This system should only be installed by qualified technicians according to the instructions in this users’ guide.
Space Requirements: Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have adequate space for the unit that they are ordering. If you require any additional information on sizes of panels / boxes etc please ask a member of our sales team who will be happy to help you. **Returns due to the customer not taking the time to measure space properly are subject to a delivery charge and open boxes may be subject to a restocking fee.**
